How to Apply

The doors of NTHU are always open to exceptional students from all over the world. International students are welcome to visit and enjoy an extraordinary learning experience as exchange students in NTHU’s high-tech and culturally diverse environment. Based on the academic agreements NTHU has made with our sister universities, international exchange students will have their tuition fee waived while on an exchange program at NTHU.

Exchange program dates include:
Fall Semester (Sept- Jan) and Spring Semester (Feb- June)

Requirements

This opportunity is limited for students who are currently enrolled in schools with whom NTHU has an academic agreement. Exchange students should also be citizens of foreign countries.

Application Period

Fall Semester: February 1- April 15
Spring Semester: September 1- November 1

※Application should be completed before or on the due date. Late or incomplete application is not acceptable.

1. An completed exchange student online application form
2. An official copy of the applicant's current transcript
3. A study plan
4. A copy of passport or other document verifying nationality
5. An official copy of your home university enrollment record
6. An application checklist
