[Intl. Cooperation] New Sister University Agreements Reached with the University of Rennes 1 and six Other Universities

National Tsing Hua University has recently signed new memorandums and contractual agreements for academic exchange with the University of Rennes 1 and 6 other universities:

1. NTHU signs a Letter of Endorsement with the University of Rennes 1 on March 18, 2009.
2. NTHU signs a Letter of Intent with the Pennsylvania State University on March 24, 2009.
3. NTHU signs an Educational Partnership Agreement with the University of Delhi on March 30, 2009.
4. NTHU signs a Cooperative Agreement and International Agreement for A Reciprocal Student Exchange Program
    with the Florida State University on April 16, 2009.
5. NTHU signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Cape Town on April 20, 2009.
6. NTHU signs a Memorandum of Agreement with the Rhodes University on April 20, 2009.
7. NTHU signs an Agreement for Scholarly Exchange and Collaboration and Agreement for Student Exchange with   
    the Kyungpook National University on May 15, 2009.
