IEEE Ritsumeikan University Student Branch holds an English Presentation Competition every year. 2015 marks the competition’s 12th anniversary. This year the competition will be held at Ritsumeikan University and IEEE student branch would like to welcome overseas competitors to take a part. 

This competition will be a very good opportunity for students to showcase their research and exchange with new friends. Students can also practice their research presentation skills in English to prepare for their future participations in international conferences.

Quota of participants for Tsing Hua University: 2 students 
Date: Friday, 16th Oct. 2015
Venue: Conference Hall, Rohm Plaza 5F, Ritsumeikan Biwako Kusatsu Campus
 
Candidates will be granted with:
1. Round trip LCC flight tickets
2. Transportation to and from Kansai Airport
3. On-campus accommodation, provided by Ritsumeikan University for 2 nights ( Oct. 15th and Oct.16th)

-- Length of presentation: 5 mins presentation + 3mins Q&A
-- Topic: Your research theme
-- Forms of presentation: with PPT
-- Evaluation: Presentation is evaluated not by research content but by presentation skill.
-- Prize:  1st prize winner is awarded with 10,000 yen prize money.
                2nd prize winner is awarded with 5,000 yen prize money.
