一、為促進臺印兩國學術交流，落實新南向教育政策，財團法人高等教育國際合作基金會擬於本（107）年6月21日假國立清華大學學習資源中心（旺宏館）國際會議廳（新竹市光復路二段101號）舉行「2018臺灣印度大學校長論壇」（Taiwan-India Presidents Forum 2018）。
二、本次論壇主題為「Interdisciplinary, Cross-collegiate, and Multi-national: The Trends and Perspectives of Transformative Higher Education Environment」（議程草案如官方網站附件1），會中將邀請印度大學協會（Association of Indian Universities）及印度大學校長（名單如官方網站附件2），共同探討雙邊教師交流合作與學生招生培育等議題。敬邀各大專校院校長、副校長、國際事務主管以及與本論壇主題相關人員出席會議。
三、國立清華大學為承辦學校，同仁、同學報名無須繳交報名費。然為方便預估餐點、會議手冊數量，懇請各位同仁、同學於本表單登記相關資料。
四、本次會議計有印度Association of Indian Universities (AIU) Delegation 校長十七位，三位為 AIU 會長、副會長及秘書長。其他十四個單位是七種類型的大學校長各兩位代表：
(一)國立大學（Central University）2所：由印度中央政府主管之國立大學；
(二)州立大學（State University）2所：由印度各州政府主管之州立大學；
(三)等同大學（Deemed University）2所：為技職院校申請升格階段之大學；
(四)國家重要機構（Institutions of National Importance）2所：由印度國家科技機構法（The Institutes of Technology Act）訂定之高等教育機構如印度理工學院及國家理工學院；
(五)私立大學（Private University）2所；
(六)農業大學（Agricultural University）2所；
(七)法律大學（Law University）2所。
五、賀陳校長作為主辦校代表，將主持開幕典禮，且於 13:30-14:40 Session I 擔任主持人 ，歡迎各位同仁、同學踴躍參與！
